The Route, Day by Day
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll be welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay, preparing for your safari adventure.
Day 2: Visit Chemka Hot Spring, Foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, and Transfer to Mkomazi National Park
After breakfast, embark on a scenic visit to the Chemka Hot Springs, known for its crystal-clear waters and stunning surroundings. Enjoy a relaxing swim before heading to the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro for breathtaking views. In the afternoon, transfer to Mkomazi National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden gems, for your first game drive.
Day 3: Full Game Drive at Mkomazi National Park
Spend the day exploring Mkomazi National Park, home to diverse wildlife including giraffes, elephants, zebras, and rare species like the African wild dog. Enjoy game drives through this less- visited park, which offers a more intimate safari experience with excellent opportunities for wildlife photography.
Day 4: Final Game Drive and Departure
Enjoy your last game drive in Mkomazi, taking in the park’s landscapes and wildlife. Afterward, return to the hotel or transfer to the airport for your departure flight, concluding your memorable safari adventure in Tanzania.
