Arrive at Julius Nyerere International Airport <\/strong>, where your safari journey begins. You\u2019ll be welcomed by our local representative and transferred to your hotel in Dar es Salaam.<\/p>

Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a relaxing evening at your hotel or take a short walk along the Indian Ocean coastline.<\/p>

Day 2: Road Transfer to Mikumi National Park<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Safari begins!<\/p>

After an early breakfast, depart by 4×4 vehicle for Mikumi National Park <\/strong>(approx. 5\u20136 hours drive), passing through scenic landscapes and small rural villages.<\/p>

Arrive in time for a late afternoon game drive <\/strong>in Mikumi, often called a “mini-Serengeti” for its open savannahs and rich wildlife. Look out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and buffaloes<\/strong>, as well as rare species like sable antelope.<\/p>

Ruaha is Tanzania\u2019s largest national park and one of the least visited, making it a pristine safari destination. Upon arrival, enjoy a short game drive en route to your luxury tented lodge or riverside camp.<\/p>
